The stones gathered in the roots of this cake represent significant milestones in this couples lives, the intertwined trunks symbolize their love. The branches feature each of their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren's names (including a gold leaf for their angel great-grandson) written on the leaves. This cake was so special and a joy to design!

Heart & Arrow Birch Tree Cake

Can I live in the mountains? Pleaaasssseeee?! 

We had a Cabin trip planned right after I made this faux birch tree cake last fall. Sooo.... I talked the Hubby into 4 wheeling me all over the mountain to take pictures.. :)  Hahaha why not!? 

(My man is awesome!)

(We'll pretend that he didn't complain)

(BTW.. it's hard to hold on when you're holding a cake!)

(I lost my lens cap... someone found it almost a year later... it's full of dirt. )
